Got It, Asking Everything

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for those who need things sooner. Tracking details are sent via email once the order ships.

What’s the return policy if the fit isn’t right?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted. A prepaid return label is included in most orders.

How should the denim be washed to keep it looking its best?

Turning them inside out before washing helps preserve the color. Cold water on a gentle cycle works best. Machine drying on high heat can cause shrinkage, so air drying or low heat is recommended. Avoid bleach, as it breaks down the fabric and fades the color unevenly.

Do the sizes run true to size, or is it better to size up?

Fit can vary slightly depending on the style and cut. Checking the size guide on the product page before ordering is the best approach — it includes waist, inseam, and hip measurements. If a size falls between two options, sizing up tends to give a more comfortable fit.

Can an order be changed or cancelled after it’s placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within a short window after being placed — usually within 1–2 hours. Once the order has moved to processing or fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible. Reaching out to customer support immediately gives the best chance of making adjustments in time.

Is there a warranty or guarantee on the stitching and hardware?

Construction defects — such as faulty stitching, broken rivets, or zipper issues — are covered for up to one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper care isn’t included. Photos of the defect are usually required when submitting a claim.

The People Behind the Pockets

D. Jeans started because denim shopping had gotten weird — too many choices that all somehow missed the point. A good pair of jeans should fit right, last a while, and stay out of the way. That’s what we set out to make, and that’s still the whole idea.

We’re not a fashion label chasing what’s trending this season. D. Jeans is built around the basics done properly: solid construction, honest sizing, denim that breaks in instead of falling apart. Every pair goes through the kind of wear-testing that matters — not runway walks, but real days, real movement, actual life.

The “D” stands for the family name that started this, which means there are real people here who care whether you’re happy with what you bought. No focus groups decided these jeans. No corporate committee approved the fit. Someone wore them, tweaked them, wore them again, and kept going until they got it right. That’s still how it works.

Real People. Real Denim.

Woman touching curly hair

I’ve been searching for jeans that actually fit without a million alterations. These hit right at the waist and the length was perfect straight out of the bag. I wore them three days in a row when I first got them.

Man against concrete wall

The denim feels substantial — not that papery stuff most fast fashion brands are pushing. After six months and probably 80 washes, they’ve only gotten better. The fade is genuinely beautiful.

Smiling woman with glasses

I was skeptical about wide-leg coming back, but D. Jeans nailed the proportions. They’re roomy without swallowing me whole. I’ve gotten more compliments on these than anything else in my closet.
